The men's short programme from Nagano in Japan
My second burst of figure skating in a few weeks and the men nearly all try to incorporate a quadruple turn in their programme.
A real mixture of performances. Lots of falls, one in particular was extremely heavy. But there were also a couple of excellent performances.
Kazuki Tomano from Japan may not of won, but looks a really bright, young talent.
The winner was Sergei Voronov from Russia. Absolutely sublime and in fact set a personal best.
